This is one of my favorite lunch spots in the skyway. You can choose healthier options such as veggies and carrots as your side, or go with the scrumptious potatoes or any of the rice options. My favorite is the red beans and rice. There are a couple of meat options but the bourbon chicken is the star. The server also offers to scoop extra sauce for your rice. You can get a small discount if you pay in cash instead of card.
My first time there and the skyway burger was really good! Patty was hand formed not frozen, not too thin like you see at fast food places and not to thick like you get at sit down restaurants. Excited to go back and try some of the other options.
The service at this restaurant was friendly. I tried the cajun rice, which was okay, and the bourbon chicken, which was nicely cooked. Personally, I found the bourbon chicken to be too sweet for my taste, but it was still good overall.
Stopped in here because it looked good and all the locals at the conference I was in town for, said it was excellent. They wasn't lying the jumbolia rice was the best. Reserva una mesa ahora

Decent pancakes, well made and packaged. Sarah (pictured somewhat) introduced me to ‘duck bacon’... Will most definitely revisit..
Love the blackened chicken with the bourbon sauce on the side, so I can enjoy both flavors. Highly recommend!!!
