American Pasta Factory

During a visit to Roswell, we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted us immediately and were very friendly. The quality of the ingredients was evident, with their pasta, sauces, and bread all made in-house. The pasta and pizza ingredients were also fresh. Ordering at the kiosk was convenient. The spacious interior featured an open kitchen. My wife and I both opted for the build-your-own combo for $13, which allowed us to choose our pasta, sauce, protein, and extra ingredients. I first reviewed the American Pasta Factory when it opened about 4 years ago, and I loved it then. I love it even more now. Since then, we have had our daughter who has a milk protein allergy, so any kind of animal milk is a no-no for her. However, I can still get her almost any type of pasta here because they take allergies seriously. My daughter can have any pasta she wants without cheese or in the red sauce. The food is always fresh, tastes great, and is affordable. I give it a 5 out of 5, just like always. I love this spot, keep up the good work guys. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've passed by this place a number of times only to be discouraged by the lack of patrons, but I should not have been so quick to judge. This place really is quite good! The variety of choices to build your own pizza/pasta was superb, and (at least the options we chose) were fresh, from scratch, and delicious. Pricing is reasonable and portions are filling, too. All in all, I'm surprised I haven't seen more people here. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it!

The pasta was excellent and the pizza was outstanding! The staff was very friendly, and I believe the owner was helping to clear tables and was very pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! The service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I give it a 5 out of 5 for each category.
