I’ve always liked America’s Best Wings, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. This location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to, and I won’t be returning. The fries were cold, and shockingly, they seemed to have placed fresh fries on top of old ones. I requested soft fries, and while the first ten were decent, the rest were dark and hard. As for the steak and cheese sandwich, it was mostly bread and mayonnaise. I specifically asked for a little mayonnaise, but they slathered on way too much and barely included any meat—when I say “a little,” I mean just that. I’m not exaggerating when I say you should avoid this location. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with ABW. The customer service was poor; the staff member was very serious and rude. The food itself was bland and did not reflect the typical quality I expect from ABW. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. The onions weren’t fried as I requested, there was barely any lettuce, the sauce was light, and the fried chicken just didn’t taste good at all. It's disappointing how it looked. I’m editing this review after taking a few more bites—seriously, don’t waste your time here.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a burger and fries, but what I received was a feeling like I was biting into a hockey puck on a bun. The fries were the blandest I've ever tasted, lacking any seasoning—there wasn't even a sprinkle of salt. Several years ago, I visited this place and the food was decent, but now it’s just awful and a total waste of money. Food rating: 1/5.
I only gave this place one star because I had to use a qualifier, but it really deserves a zero. It wasn't worth the $25 they took from me. Everything I ordered was cold, the meat was poorly cooked, and to top it off, they didn't even provide napkins. Not to mention, the bathroom had no water to wash your hands.

The boneless wings were a bit chewy, but the onion rings were quite tasty. The service was professional, although the wings could have been less rubbery. I would likely return, but I’d try something different next time. Thank you for the excellent service!
I stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered the O.G. Cheesesteak along with a wing combo. Both dishes were tasty and not overly seasoned, which I appreciated. The fries were also enjoyable.
Hey everyone, I highly recommend steering clear of this place! No matter how hungry you are, it's just not worth it. Consider trying somewhere else or drive to Briggs Chaney ABW instead.
The food was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. The flavors and spices were perfectly balanced. I absolutely loved it!
