Amicci's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I'm so disappointed in Amicci's. I've been ordering pizza from them for a long time and they just keep going down in quality. They got rid of the no delivery fee to Hamtramck residents. Okay, that's fine. The pandemic hit small business hard. But then they keep messing up my orders or the pizza was not edible. I kept getting pizzas that are under cooked, the cheese not melted and the vegetable toppings crunchy. It's like they tried to rush it and took the pizza out of the oven before it was cooked. Absolutely disgusting. And this kept happening. They refused to refund me and only give me a credit. I'm tired of credits for everytime they screw up! We have been ordering from Amicci for over 15 years. When the pizza is made correctly, it is the best in town. However, more often than not, our orders are missing ingredients. Today, our pizza was missing mushrooms and the extra sauce we ordered was not included. Despite complaints, the restaurant has not made an effort to improve. If they truly cared about customer satisfaction, they would ensure orders are correct the first time. Refunding the $2 charge for the missing mushrooms would be a good start.

That was my first order, I had the special with 8 wings 1/2 BBQ 1/2 Spicy with a small pizza w/ Bacon, Pepperoni Feta Cheese. Not only was my order accurate, fast delivery under 45 minutes the food was GREAT. Will order again. The next time, I'll include my co-works, I don't have the first time because I've never tried her food before.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious - it's not too saucy like most places, which I appreciate. The mozzarella bread is outstanding and packed with flavor. It was a busy Saturday. They may be the only restaurant delivers food to the Fowling Warehouse in Hamtramck. My wings were good, but they forgot my sauce. The general manager fixed it. She was professional, personable, reasonable, and accommodating.

$100 worth of pizza burnt to a crust! What a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. We went fowling and they had this place posted all over their walls because it's nearby. I wouldn't recommend feeding this to your dog or any human.

Amicci's has THEEEE BEST wings cajun fires. They never disappoint at all! It was very delicious.
