I have been patronizing this restaurant for more than 10 years, and then I had this experience in October.....I ordered my food and was waiting to pay. My food sat in a tin by the cash.A man came in while I was waiting. They took his order and I was still waiting to pay.I asked if I could pay, and showed my card. I was told "one minute "The man 's food was ready.They let him pay first.I didn 't leave a tip and will never go back.

I visit this restaurant every week, but on my last visit, the woman working at the cash register scolded me for taking a plastic fork. I was extremely embarrassed by the situation and have decided not to return to this establishment. It's shocking how something as trivial as a fork could ruin my dining experience.

Good, but not as good as last year when I visited. The Bustan has maintained its higher level. You guys can improve, need a quality control director and site audits in my opinion.

The potatoes were bland, the chicken was dry, and it seemed like it was reheated. The avocado salad was decent, but I would recommend going to Boustan across the street instead.
