My wife is Thai and hard to please with a Thai restaurant, we had a 12 booking including a baby chair. Went to Amphawa last night as it is known amongst our thai friends that it is the best on the coast and it really is! We had a big table they handled that well all food was sensational. The baramundi deep fried was out of this world you have to pre order this, steamed would be amazing also which they offer. Nice looking restaurant, fun atmosphere. So good to see the owner on the floor really involved with his customers. We can't wait to go back with friends abd family. Highly recommended.
Whenever we're around the Southport vicinity around lunch.......this is where we always go. Always! The lunch menu is excellent value and delicious flavoured Thai food including an appetiser, main and a can of soft drink for $16.50. From noodles through curries, soups, spring rolls, in fact a very generous and varietal menu for the price. The staff are consistently friendly and courteous. In fact the staff and owner all need to be commended on this lovely restaurant.

We come here regularly and the food and service are always fantastic. Friendly staff who serve authentically cooked dishes are what you get. We always see a few tables of Thai people in this restaurant which is testament to the quality of the food. Definitely the best Thai food we've had on the coast and we've been where many years.
Definitely great food at excellent prices. Highly recommend for family get togethers or just to catch up for lunch or dinner. The drunken noodles are my favourite and they taste delicious. The service was excellent and I love eating here
Best Thai food I have ever had. The restaurant serves both authentic and western style Thai - so caters for many tastes. Prices are very reasonable - and the service was 2nd to none. Highly recommend !! Book a table as it was full!
