For the weekend on Blois and its surroundings, we had dinner last night with my wife in this fabulous restaurant, the reception of the owner of the place is as hot as we asked him advice on the wines of the region not only he knows perfectly the surrounding properties but is in your ear to advise you and do not hesitate to make you taste. As for the meal, we shared a very hearty plate of charcuterie and very rich cheese and two falafel and smoked salmon and a chicken and mushroom dish to finish, we are no longer hungry, while I explained to the owner that I wanted to be wise despite my desire for milk rice, this one kindly offered us to taste, a party.
