Absolutely wonderful food: Traditional, yet with subtle flavorings that set this apart from the “standard” Indian restaurants on every other street. The “combination” biriyani is superb, each ingredient characterized well and yet the whole blending together into a delicious medley. And the Chicken Saag was really unique: a slight sweetness that was wonderful. All of the vegetables were fresh and perfectly prepared; and the meats and shrimp were obviously top-quality. The Tandoori mixed grill appetizer was perfectly done: zesty but not overly spiced; charred but not burned. Service could not be friendlier. A new favourite in LA!!
This was an awkwardly quiet restaurant for a 6 person group. Might make more sense for two people. The waiter also kept trying to upsell us I can 't tell you how many times I said regular water is fine and he kept trying to bring still bottles for us to buy.
After returning from India, we set out to find the best Indian restaurant in LA, and without a doubt, we've found it. We can't get enough of their butter chicken and cheese naan bread, and the service is always a pleasure. We'll definitely be coming back!
Love this restaurant...food is good but the staff and service makes me come back...they always remember me which I like most. Super nice guys and great location for me! Check in on Yelp for a discount as well!

We made a reservation for Valentine's Day and were seated right away, but the service after that was disappointing. We weren't offered any water, and it felt like there was a lack of attention.
This restaurant is our favorite go to place for good Indian food! The service is excellent, the food is to die for and it truly is a fabulous place for a quiet dinner with friends!
The food is excellent. We are repeat customers and the food always tastes the same, regardless of location. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel very much at home.
The food was amazing! Husain was an excellent host, and every dish was uniquely flavored and incredibly tasty. It's a fantastic spot, and I can't wait to come back again.

Fantastic. We ordered the dinner for two. we asked our server for suggestions. tikka chicken, samosa, special salad, soup, rice and yummy dips
