I purchased a whole strawberry shortcake from here. A gal pushed down on the lid to close the box, which is too short for the strawberry shortcake, thus crushing the top. Before I left the store, I opened the box and found some strawberries sticking to the lid. I showed the condition of the cake and asked the cashier to get me a new one. When he showed the gal, the gal just laughed and was not apologetic. This gal needs to be trained with the basics of customer service.

I got a cup of regular coffee and some bread. The sample of cheese danish was awesome but didn't buy it. Nice presentation but service was meh. Seems the owner just hires part time workers who are studying or something and no training and no care.

Relatively clean. Good selection of cakes pastries. Good service. Reasonable pricing. Will visit again.
