I've found another new food hideout. This place is a tucked away gem. The first time I came was during the Hurricane Beryl aftermath. The staff were prepared to serve with opened arms. After tasting their three meats combo, I came back the next day to catch their shrimp and catfish specials. I don't have photos this time around, but that can easily be explained. It food was too delicious for me to be thinking about taking pictures. The customer service is excellent, and they are not shy in letting you know that they appreciate you as a customer. I ordered this online and made sure to keep the drive back to my hotel in mind regarding the temperature of the food. I tried the brisket, baked beans, coleslaw, and mac and cheese. The brisket was delicious and tender, and the BBQ sauce that accompanied it was fantastic. The coleslaw had a wonderful flavor! The baked beans were average, and the mac and cheese could use a little more pizzazz. I’m not a fan of the white bread, so I would have much preferred cornbread. Next time, I’ll definitely choose to eat inside.

The food was good. But not exceptional. You order your food at encounter like a fast food they do bring it to you in what looks like to go boxes. The meat itself was tender and flavorful, the barbecue sauce was a bit thin. I personally prefer a thicker sauce. But for a neighborhood restaurant I would go to it again, but I would not make a special trip out of my way.

Staff is not Texas friendly, but the food is great, so I allow for the lack of warmth. But one of these days, I'm going to get them to smile! Not everyone grew up Texan, and I actually feel bad they missed out on that!! It's just something I've learned to deal with it! I also love the vintage country music they play there. Food is Great ! But .. I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times who ever is working the cash register taking the order is never in a bright mood. It seems they are so ready to loose it The moral is not that high . Other than that the live music and atmosphere is great but you gotta make people feel welcome

I visited with a group of friends, and there were plenty of tables available. You order at the front. The food was absolutely delicious; the brisket and ribs were exceptional. The fried okra was also tasty. The service was outstanding, especially for a Thursday night.

The food is good BUT the Customer service is horrible. The lady taking my order at the cash register gave an attitude not even looking at me when ordering. With the guy behind us, she was the total opposite, very friendly. Felt she was being racist!

I was recommended Andy's by a lovely girl at Supercuts, along with her father. I ordered enough food for a meal and still had enough to take home. Everything was outstanding, right down to the sauce! Reserva una mesa ahora

I hate to be this person BUT the lady cashier possibly mgr or owner had a very nasty attitude today not the first time either. The food was great and fast even had a gentleman playing guitar.

Hidden gem that I never knew was here in Pasadena. Love the feel and the food. Found my new BBQ spot.
