I have a great fondness for Caputos, but the flagship location my family visited while our usual one is under construction was a disappointing experience. The layout of this store is quite poor, making it difficult to find items as they are scattered throughout. Additionally, the staff seems overwhelmed and unable to assist, likely due to frequent inquiries from frustrated customers. This experience was noticeably different from other Caputos locations, and it left a lot to be desired.
The place is huge, the selection is more than the tiny Aldi nearby. Prices are as high as you might see in the Jewel Osco nearby. Quality isn't spectacular either. They do have a huge Italian and latino selection than Jewel. If you care about the ingredients, then you might as well drive an extra 10-15mins to the nearest Trader Joes.
Our favorite grocery store in town, I feel excited to shop there every time. They’ve got a great selection of fresh vegetables, meat and fish, and authentic italian cheese and pasta etc. The store is nicely organized and you can always find some new things to treat yourselves or some great deals!
Best Supermarket in the area, especially if you are looking for Italian Specialty foods. Layout can be a little counterintuitive but it isn't too hard to figure out. Staff is nice and knowledgeable; especially in the specialty cheese section. Reserva una mesa ahora
This is for the workers who cook the breakfast. Excellent job!! The waffle with everything is fantastic and the omelettes are wonderful! I love having breakfast here!
The restaurant's layout is a bit confusing, and the signage could be improved to help customers find what they're looking for more easily.
Fresh produce but rotten attitude by costumer service . Most of the cashiers and supervisors are completely rude. Where is the service?
