We booked a room with balcony and this is what we got (photos below). Even though it was low season and the hotel was not fully booked we were only given an alternative room for one night. We ended up having to pay 75€ extra for a room with private terrace. Update after reply: You have the wrong guest, I stayed for 3 nights and booked via Booking. I guess I wasn’t the only one with this problem.

Don't go to the restaurant! High priced but terrible kitchen. Probably the chewiest steak we ever had and boring sides. The Margarita tasted like dish water. We couldn't drink it. Staff is nice but that doesn't make up for it.

Never had overpaid a hotel so much! Incredible 2.000 Reais a night!!! A room of 10m2 and with a really tiny bathroom. Breakfast has no buffet, but it’s ok

Fantastic place in beautiful Angra. Bathrooms are amazing and staff is very friendly. Restaurant has been great every time I've eaten there.
