I placed an order on UberEats for delivery and was initially told the wait time would be 30-45 minutes. However, over an hour later, my order still had not arrived. After contacting the restaurant, I was informed that the delivery would be arriving within 10 minutes. Despite multiple attempts to contact the restaurant, my order still had not been delivered an hour later. I finally managed to get through to the restaurant only to be told that they do not work with UberEats and had not received my order. My partner ordered takeout tonight and unfortunately, they got our order wrong. I ordered chicken tikka masala, but what I received was not CM at all. It was extremely spicy and had a completely different taste. My partner's order was correct, but his food leaked into mine, ruining both the rice and my incorrect main dish. The naan breads were also burnt. This used to be our favorite restaurant, but they have seriously declined in quality. This isn't the first time they've messed up our order, and we are now hesitant to order from them again. We were told we would receive a refund from the manager, but we have not heard anything. Definitely recommend avoiding this restaurant.
Excellent food and service. Very attentive without being overly in your face every 5 minutes. Extremely tasty and portion sizes were perfect. Nice to see a restaurant provide decent portions! Would highly recommend eating in so you experience the service. We would not have found this without our Taxi driver giving us some guidance as the restuarant is not sign posted anywhere. When you see Poundland, there is an alleyway next to it. The signs above the alleyway say toilet. Don’t walk past it! Go through the alleyway and you enter a square. The restaurant is on your right as soon as you get to the square.
Do not order a delivery from here. We tried last night and they missed out part of the order. We called to complain and they clearly didn’t care. There was no apology. It took over an hour before they sent the missing item and by the time we received it it was stone cold. I would never use them again because of the fact they didn’t care at all with no attempt to apologise. We had to ring them again after waiting a hour to receive the missing item and then it took another 15 mins before it arrived and it was stone cold. Service was abysmal avoid like the plague!!!!!!

The restaurant was cozy and had friendly service, but the food was disappointing. The rogan dish lacked flavor and spice, with a watery yellow sauce and soggy vegetables. The lamb curry tasted like pre-cooked meat in a bland sauce. Even the poppadoms were not crispy. The bread and daal were the only highlights. Despite the affordable prices, we won't be returning as the positive reviews don't seem to match our experience, unless they're from people who don't enjoy Indian cuisine.
We ordered from these tonight (19-3-2023) Placed order at 17.40 told it would be an hour..... 1 hour. I rang them after an hour 20 mins. They said it was on its way! 30 minutes later it turned up. COLD . We rang to complain and was told that the manger was calling us back. NOTHING. Food to a very bad quailty. AVIOD SHOCKING SERVICES SHOCKING FOOD.
Big mistake, used Anica BICESTER for years, but it 's gone down the pan now, went in for an early evening meal, the whole restaurant had that smelly drains stink, so me left, never going to use Anica again and can 't recommend it
We regularly get takeaway delivered from here it is our favourite. We've occasionally dabbled with others but always return to Anica. Lovely food and unlike one other which I won't name, they always get the order right.

I ordered a curry leg of lamb to celebrate my friends birthdays.the service was fabulous and the food superb. The vegetable accompanys were absolutely delicious. Thank you very much for organising this for us!
Delicious food particularly mixed kebab starter and chicken tandoori starter. Great portion sizes (we took leftovers home). Also, very friendly staff.
