Anita's Mexican - Reserva de mesa

Anita's is hands down the most authentic Mexican restaurant in town. After trying just about every other option in the area, we can confidently say that Anita's is the best. We ordered the chicken in red sauce and the gorditas, opting for a variety of meats including beef tongue, shrimp, steak, chicken, and chorizo. Each was delicious and we couldn't pick a favorite. The salsa options (sweet, mild, hot) were all fantastic, with the sweet salsa standing out as a favorite. We also enjoyed sides of rice and beans, which were surprisingly good even for someone who doesn't usually eat refried beans. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. This restaurant is the most authentic Mexican spot in the city. Among the many options available, Anita's stands out as the best. We tried the chicken in red sauce and gorditas, opting for barbacoa, shrimp, steak, tripe, and chorizo. It's hard to pick a favorite because everything was delicious. The salsa options - sweet, mild, and hot - were all fantastic, with the sweet one being a standout. We also ordered sides of beans and rice, which were fried and surprisingly good. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We highly recommend dining here and will definitely be back, possibly as soon as tomorrow!

Anita's is hands down the best place to get authentic Mexican food. The menu may be small, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. The burrito is massive and delicious, and my personal favorite is the steak quesadilla. They offer three different salsas, ranging from mild to very hot, which my husband loves. The staff is friendly and always willing to chat, including the owner. If you're in Greenville or visiting the area, make sure to stop by Anita's, even though it's a bit out of the way near the PGV airport. It's definitely worth the trip!

Myself and my co-workers frequent Anita's on a VERY regular basis. Folks, we've tried just about everything on the menu as well. This is LEGIT food....don't come in a rush, and don't come expecting a drive-thru 1 taco either. You get your worth, the staff are more than pleasant and accommodating, and they will make your order the way YOU want it. It doesn't get any better than this place. Incredible!!! Best authentic Mexican food since our honeymoon in Cozumel : . Had the chorizo tostada and tilapia taco. Amazing! And big thanks to Jessica for great service. Made the meal even more enjoyable. We live in the Raleigh area, but will definitely come again next time we're in the area.

This is the best Mexican food I've ever experienced! We tried the grilled cactus, burrito with marinated pork, shredded chicken quesadilla, rice and beans. It was definitely worth the trip, and the service from Edwin and Janeth made it even better.
