very disappointed that tripadvisor would rate this as an early piece in abbotsford. very bad quality eating and service. two of us had simple speck and eier (ordered via medium) our server delivered the toast min before our meal, without saying ice cold. the eggs were super-donated with white embryons, which ozed from POACHED eggs, and speck was very thin and translucent. we thought my men smashed early piece feed must be missing the hollandaise it should be crushed, but the server informed us the tablespoons or so that it was put in them on the bottom of this restaurant is very good! we had lucky enough to have a big table in weeping, fussy babys, who walk before and during our meal, also s...

We were day tripping through the area so had not planned a specific place for lunch, but had noted Ann Marie's excellent rating on TripAdvisor. When we arrived about noon on a Friday, we were told that to cope with Covid, they were normally taking...reservations, but they would seat us as soon as possible. Within ten minutes we had a table well distanced from other patrons. The food was great, and the service by what turned out to be the owner herself! was also great. This restaurant is some distance from our home, but we'll certainly be back when we're in the area. Note several previous reviews have said this is a tough place to find. we waited for our plane and had some time to save. we found this place based on reviews. we came to lunch and we were satisfied with the quality of our food and it was hot they need to check in which can. on the website are done or they can simply run in. we went in and got our name on the list. we said it was a minute waiting, but we were sent back within minutes there are many parking spaces on the back. the restaurant is clean and the staff was friendly. we had the kinderburger meal and a hamburger meal. I had the grilled chicken with cheese and her BBQ sauce that was so good. all worked as a team.

there are very few places where the owner is almost always there. where they appear every morning to open up earlier than anywhere else, and where the condiments are lined with military precision at the rande of the table. the food? excellent. coffee is always up. bacon's right. none of them did uncooked fat. you know, it's the way they want to start their day. period. I can literally not say enough good things about this place. eating is amazing, the personal is fantastic, and they will not find better diner style experience in abbotsford. I usually get the southwest benny, but the pancakes, the French toast and the alllettes are also...for dying. the atmosphere is great and eating is even better.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and fantastic food . A real hidden treasure in the middle of Abbotsford but well worth the search and meal. Old diner theme with a excellent breakfast selection. All cooked as good as could be.

There are not many places open at AM worthy of going to on a Saturday Morning. BUT Ann Maries has never dissapointed me ever. Great food, service and lots of chuckles. LOVE THIS PLACE
