Kojan Sushi Korean Food

This place has been the closest to Korean and Japanese kitchen I have come across in the Fraser Valley. The servers are very knowledgeable about the food and willing to explain the food and spice level (a chilli bean is not always a chilli bean)? the sushi was made with Shisho leave, just as it should be . Sushi is to enhancing the sushi experience in a different level. It's gives that extra of freshness and the flavor explosion is bang on, as it should be. Tell the waitress if you alergic to mint, as Shisho is belonging to the mint family. The Korean chicken was very filling. The kimchi: a beautiful,fresh,spicy and crunchy edition to the chicken. We always come here for the high quality of food and service for almost 6 years. They really make an effort to get to know their customers and show their appreciation. The food is consistently delicious, fresh and great portions. We highly recommend this place for a wonderful dine in experience and even great takeout!

Went for lunch today and was shocked at how much variety the lunch box had. Not only did you get a great selection of choices but they portion was really large. The salmon in the teriyaki was perfectly cooked but I would have preferred the rice in the rolls to be a bit Reserva una mesa ahora

Service was expedient and menu is vast. The portions are huge! Lots of great options to choose from. The decor is cute and clean and the music videos playing in the background were pretty good entertainment (since the video clips don't always match the music haha).

I love the atmosphere/decor at this restaurant. I also ordered a chicken teriyaki don and the serving was way bigger than I expected—really filling and delicious. Highly recommend!
