One of my top meals in Switzerland! The tasting menu exceeded my expectations. The service did as well!! Thank you Maitre D Diane for choosing the perfect table for me (dining alone). This for me is so important!! Special thanks to Head Sommelier Dorianne who...introduced me to some amazing wines!!! I look forward to returning again and taking a tour of her wine cellar! Thank you also to Christian, Jules, and all the team for your world class service with excellence! And of course my biggest compliments to the Chef and her team of experts!!!! Unforgettable!!!

The dinner at ASP in BRP was one of the most memorable dinners ever. Everything was perfect, interesting, surprising and sublime the ambiance, tableware, service and fantastic dishes. Most dishes had surprising and amazing flavours. We especially liked winter berlingot with truffles, soft cheese...dish from Gstaad and white mille feullie. The beef was also amazing. Few days after this dinner we dined at the Hotel de Ville in Crissier, and we liked our dinner in ASP much better, more memorable and surprising.

Nachdem wir Hunderte der besten Restaurants der Welt besucht haben, müssen wir asp brp als eines der besten beurteilen. Der Service war in jeder Hinsicht einfach perfekt. Sehr freundlich auch mit unseren beiden Mädchen, die ihr Kindermenü mit uns genossen haben. Das Interieur des Restaurants ist wunderbar und wir hatten einen perfekten Tisch. Nicht zu vergessen die ausgezeichnete Speisekarte.

This is the second time in two years that my husband and I have come and we were not disappointed! We took their menu with the option of turbot caviar. A real fireworks display from start to finish. Absolute class, finesse of the dishes well above average. Amazing flavors reminding me of those of Papa Pic in Valence which for me remains the best restaurant I have ever frequented. The service is impeccable which does not spoil the decor of the Palace and its view of Lake Geneva.
