I took my mother to Annie's Breakfast & Steaks on a Saturday morning. She wanted cookies and gravy, while I opted for the Western breakfast plate with ham, sausage, and bacon. The sausages were just okay, but the thick bacon and ham were excellent. The pancakes were a bit dense. My mom really enjoyed her cookies and gravy, and she also ordered hash browns and eggs. The place was busy, but the staff was quick and provided good service, keeping things moving smoothly during the morning rush.
I took my mom here on a Saturday morning, she had a craving for biscuits and gravy, I had the Westerner breakfast plate comes with ham sausage and bacon the sausage links are okay but the thick bacon and ham slice are great. There pancake is more on thedense side. My mom really enjoyed her biscuits and gravy she got Hash browns and eggs they had a few people wating but the staffis pretty quick and service good so they move people in and out all morning
Annie's Breakfast & Steaks is a fantastic spot for a classic breakfast. Our server was quick to refill our coffee, and the portions were generous. The decor is a bit eclectic with mismatched chairs, which didn’t bother me. One of my friends had a wobbly chair, but he was able to switch it without any issues. With friendly staff, fast service, and delicious food, this is definitely my go-to place for breakfast.
We arrived an hour before closing, and the service was excellent, just like the food. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious, and we cleaned our plates. The omelette I ordered was the best I've had in the area, and the tuna melt was amazing too. The fries were cooked to perfection, and the pancake was fantastic—not thin or bland at all. Great place to get a good old fashioned breakfast. Our waitress was prompt in filling the coffee cup. Portion size was great. The furniture is a bit eclectic with mismatched chairs but that's ok with me. My friends chair was a bit wobbly so he switchedit out. Friendly staff, very quick service and yummy food make this a go to place for breakfast.
On the positive side, the staff is incredibly friendly, and since it's a family-owned establishment, I really appreciate the charm of this small restaurant. They offer good prices and seem to be thriving despite the challenges.
The service here is consistently excellent. The food is decent for the price, and they offer some really affordable breakfast options. I just wish they would stay open later like they used to!
