Yea yesterday I called in prefer the same pizza I always do Chicken bacon ranch, no bacon add pineapple.., So she took my order wrong and gave me a sub on top I order some wing. When they brought my food my order was wrong on top of the wings was old and hard.,, I call to get it fix the lady was so rude and disrespectful cause she mad a mistake and it’s sad it’s always down here in the west if I had order anywhere else they would had fix it with no problem I’m just pissed not about the food but how they treated me
The restaurant is what it is. The staff isn’t particularly helpful, and the food doesn’t compare to places like Bearno's or Wick's. I really wish the prices were more reasonable. They seem to want to position themselves as a higher quality establishment, but they’re only a few blocks away from Little Caesar’s. They have potential but could and should offer better value for the price. I'm undecided and will hold off until I receive improved service along with better quality or more honest food. It is what it is.
I can always count on them to deliver to my door rather than these other ones that leave our food downstairs, love that they still do their own delivery and they've seemed to step up their service, we receive our pizza faster and I trust this business to use my card when I call in.
Tried Annie’s for the first time tonight. Pizza was delicious. Everything seemed very fresh and natural.Cheese bread was amazing and huge size for the price. Will order in the future.

I’ve only done takeout from this place, but it’s always bustling with customers, and the food smells incredible. Very impressive!
