I ordered a veggie bowl so they started assembling it with rice and beans and moved it through to the next section with the salsa, guacamole, etc. I asked for lettuce and mild salsa, then they asked if I wanted anything else. I hadn’t visited this location in quite some time. The food was decent overall, though the steak in my bowl was a bit chewy, reminiscent of meat from an old milk cow. My dining companion tried the new Pollo Asado and found it quite flavorful. However, the cashier suddenly disappeared, leaving me to retrieve my own receipt from the printer. We can only assume he was off on some urgent errand, and I sincerely hope everything was okay. I did leave some money in the tip jar, although no one was there to acknowledge it. During this visit, I tried the app-exclusive quesadilla, paired with chips and guacamole. The quesadilla was meant to include chicken, cheese, fajita veggies, black beans, roasted chili-corn salsa, and sour cream, but the fajita veggies were missing, and the additional ingredients were served on the side rather than inside the quesadilla. While this is arguably acceptable, given the inherent uncertainties of ordering through an app, it would be preferable if the app allowed users to specify whether side items should be included in the entrée or served separately. Love chipotle. Had plenty of good burritos from this location. But yesterday I had possibly the worst one ever rolled. She managed to get all of the lettuce on one end so each bite was a salad of disappointment. The other end was a pool of sour creamthat could not be contained. Perhaps the worst part was the guac, which I had paid extra for the privilege of having, did notmake it into the burrito. Instead they somehow managed to smear every inch of the exterior with guac leaving none inside andmaking it impossible to eat as a proper burrito. That takes unprecedented skill. My only regrets are not getting a picture ofthe monstrosity and going there for an early lunch in the first place.

Whether before or after COVID, it's not worth it to place a mobile pickup order here. Be prepared to add at least 25 minutes to their estimated wait time. Regardless of whether it’s a long line or not, I always find myself waiting over 25 minutes. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt, but today was the last straw. They were fully staffed and there was no line, yet I was told it would take 15 minutes when I placed my order. I ended up waiting just under 30 minutes. This restaurant will just waste your time—you're better off going somewhere else.
Pre-covid/Post-covid; it doesn?t matter. Don?t bother placing a mobile pickup order. If you do, add 25 minutes to the quote. It could be bone dry or a line out the door. Every single time, I?m waiting in excess of 25 minutes. I typically let it slide, buttoday did it for me. They were Fully staffed and no line. I was quoted 15 minutes from the time I placed my order, but walkedout just under a half hour after my quoted time. This place will waste your time. Go elsewhere.
By 7pm they run out of many items. Still the manager will charge you double for anything you order. Even if they run out of veggies, they won't care to inform you when you are ordering a veggie bowl, instead they will charge you the full price. One ofthe worst Manager to run a store. For $11, all you get one spoon of rice, some cheese and sour cream. Totally not worth yourmoney. This is not my first experience at this store. Avoid this store if you can.
Love the food but I can’t stand the young people in this store. Been coming to this location for 3 years and just about every time it’s some new rude young person. The food is generally very good. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes they are polite but most usually they kind of stare at you with a blank look. Every table in the place is filthy nasty. I have been here several times and every time without fail ithas been dirty. I?ve never seen anyone cleaning.
