Let me start by saying that I have been ordering delivery from the Ramsey location 3-5 times a month since 2019 when I moved to the area. Before that from the Paramus store. This place is honestly hit or miss, but normally I let it go. Not tonight.I ordered a WELL DONE pie at 9.25 PM. I was told 30 to 40 minutes which makes perfect sense for a WELL DONE PIE. I'm at least 8-10 minutes from the restaurant, and not 15 minutes later I get a knock at the door. Long story short? This pie was an under cooked, Ice cold rubber biscuit. Last night was truly disappointing. I ordered my cakes well done, as I always do, and I made sure to emphasize this three times. Unfortunately, they were not only undercooked, but also cold. The driver who delivered my food handed me the salad and mentioned that the bag was wet, but reassured me that the pizza was fine because he had checked it. However, the salad was in a bag with the chicken parm sandwich, and it was dripping with oil and vinegar—it was a complete mess! I really don't understand how they could let that happen.

Hats off to Anthony Franco's, Ramsey. I recently catered a party from A.F. and hoped for the best. They were recommended to me by a family member. I was PLEASENTLY surprised by the quality and quantity of food that was provided. The person at A.F. was helpful in directing me in selecting the food. The food was delivered right on time, and my guests were very happy with the food. I highly recommend using A.F. in Ramsey for your next party, you will not be disappointed. I give them 5 stars!
Awful experience. The owner was extremely disrespectful and refused to send us the missing items from our $150 order. I will never order from this restaurant again. While the pizza was good, the owners’ response to such a minor issue was very disappointing. All that was needed was a simple apology and a willingness to send us what we were missing, but instead, the owner accused me of lying to make things difficult.

This is the second time that we ordered by Anthony Francos Pizza at 8:30 and they promised us delivery within 35 to 40 minutes and it was not delivered and if you call after 9:00 they do not pick up the phone and they do not deliver Your food was I very annoyed this is the second time that this did not happen order delivery after 9 PM you will not receive it
My family has been going to the Paramus site for many years as it is closer to home, but also have good things to say about the Ramsey location. We all love the food and never had a bad meal. Greg and his employees always make our family home and they all treat us very well! We recommend Anthony Francos Pizza all in this area!
Is this really how you deliver pizza? I have a functioning doorbell, my phone works, or he could have just knocked on the door. By the way, I've been ordering from you for years. I understand that there may be a shortage of drivers or staff, but this is completely unacceptable!
Anthony francos has the best food in the area. All around great restaurant whether its for lunch or dinner. Their entrees are delicious and affordable. Their service and staff are great. We also have them cater a lot of our parties and no one is ever disappointed.
