Came here on a Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. and saw that there was a good amount of people in the line, but most of them were out, so we have plenty of seating in the interior. Well, I liked the donuts here and the Blueberry frit were great, though a bit too sweet. I also liked the instagrammablewich, although it wasn't the most amazing burger I ever had, although the fungal and spinach option felt quite healthy. Definitely a top-tier breakfast spot in the Bay Area. Have been going to Apple Fritter for years and I'm never left disappointed. They offer indoor and outdoor dining and have a good amount of on-site parking. The food is always bomb; some of the standouts include the Ham and Cheese Scramble, Brunchirrito, and the Churros French Toast. Also, is it truly a visit to a spot called Apple Fritter without trying their special Apple Fritter, I think not ; Highly recommend this spot.
The food is good. I tried this place because I wanted apple cider donuts. They were out of the sugar variety which is what I wanted. They had glazed and crumb. I tried the crumb and they gave me a glaze for free because they didn't have what I wanted. The donuts are very overpriced though. Some things are priced reasonably. I had the simple breakfast sandwich with bacon which was very good, bacon crispy.
Food is good and finally, a place that doesn't have soggy hash Browns. Standard American Fare with generous portions. Wait a bit to dive, and that's why there's always a line out. Probably best to take or order for delivery. The inside of the restaurant is stunned with togo stuff. I'd go back to breakfast, but only at the opening time, because after 8:30 the wait will be too long.

Nice place for a weekend brunch. Go early to get an apple fritter before they come by. Place is fairly busy throughout and you need to wait in line until at least 25-30 minutes to place your order. Parking is limited, which is filled and we were lucky to get a place. Test the Veggieburger and the apple fritter. Both were delicious. In any case, a Brunchplatz in San Mateo must try.
Small place to go get breakdast, brunch, or lunch. Plenty of seats indoors and outdoors. Go early to make sure you don't miss out on any fritters like me. Sandwich was pretty good. Regular fries are a coinflip. I'd get the sweet potato fries instead.
I have had a wonderful experience at Apple Fritter, thanks to the fantastic staff and delicious food. I will definitely be returning with my friend Mark next week!
Nice place for brunch. The food is good in quantity and quality. The place is free nearby. By the way, the black eye coffee is super strong, it drives you to LA.

Great place for brunch! Plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. They had a wide variety of lattes as well. Would recommend giving this place a try.
I always enjoy any meal I have at Apple Fritter. Their fritters and other pastries are also delicious.
