The manager never came over to check on us after we discovered a hair in my child's food. I had to send my meal back a second time because it was prepared with onions, despite my request for no onions. The server abandoned our table, leaving our drinks empty. After the second time I had to send my meal back, it seemed the staff assumed I didn't want it recooked, so they didn't remake my food. Ultimately, I ended up without dinner. We were the only table the server had, and she got overwhelmed and stopped coming to us. Another server ended up handling our checkout. What a disappointment. The service was incredibly poor. We were practically the only table in the restaurant and the only table our server was responsible for, yet she seemed overwhelmed just taking our order. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive, and my wife's dinner was made incorrectly three times. To top it off, the bill was also wrong. Now I understand why there weren’t any other customers here. We definitely won’t be returning. Service: Dine-in; Meal type: Dinner.

I had previously sent a letter expressing my concerns about your decline, but I hear that you’ve addressed those issues. Got sweet tea instead of unsweetened. Diabetic can't drink sweet tea. Ask for hamburger cooked with no pink in the hamburger pattie. They gave me cheese burger and it was raw on the inside had to try to take it apart to cook some more. Asked for no salt on fries they were salted.
