Applebee's - Reservar una mesa

Manager never came by to check on us after we found a hair in my child 's food, I had to send my meal back a 2nd time bc it was cooked with onions when I had asked for no onions server abandoned our table. Drinks left empty it was assumed by the staff after the 2nd time I had to send mine back that I didn 't want it recooked so they didn 't make my food again I ended up not having dinner. We were the only table the server had she got overwhelmed quit coming to our table, another server cashed us out. I was quite confused frustrated that this was our experience but we were never rude or disrespectful. Manager did discount my meal but only after I never received it never showed his face at our table. Worst service food we have had at Applebee 's. Won 't be back.

What a disaster. Service was beyond bad. We were the only table in the place basically and the only table our server had. She was overwhelmed by taking our order. Drinks took a long time, wife 's dinner was made wrong 3 times. Bill was wrong, I see why there wasn 't anyone here. DEFINITELY won 't be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
