Terrible service...... Just look at the photos I took, tell me in you 're own honest personal opinion, does it look or appear to be busy? And for a Friday at that also..... They aren 't even that busy, there 's plenty of tables that are open thats clearly visible to us and everyone else that is waiting (2 separate party 's of 5-6 guests total and as you can see in the photos its not busy.. but we 're being told there 's a 30 to 40 minute wait to be seated. Keep in mind there are multiple tables open and unoccupied on both sides of the restaurant. So I then ask can we sit at the bar? (seeing as there 's 6-8 chairs that are open The host says No because the bar tender has to serve the bar and...
Very disappointed. It took 25 minutes for them to take our drink order and the appetizer to meal was bad. The staff they have is not pleasant at all. I won’t be back to this location. We asked the chips be topped off and the waitress laughed walked away and started cleaning a booth. When the food came (we never heard more about the chips) my quesadilla had NO QUESO!! Our drinks were NEVER refilled even though we asked several times. There are 8 parties of 6 or fewer and 6 staff in the dining room but it took over an hour from seating to food coming out. First time at this location. Bf and I found a seat at the bar. The bartender...I think he spoke all of 5 words to us all night? Which isn 't a huge deal but it definitely gave me the impression that ordering anything was a bother to him. We ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer and 2 entrees. Drinks were good. Appetizer came out quickly but it took us a while to get silverware and napkins from the bartender because it was impossible to get his attention. I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time, and my recent visit was a mixed experience. The food was quite good overall. We started with drinks—two Diet Pepsis and a regular Pepsi—but unfortunately, they arrived flat. The server promptly took them back, noting they lacked carbonation. We also ordered Alfredo sauce with breadsticks, but it was served cold. However, the server was attentive and brought it back hot after we mentioned it.

I always order online, and my food is consistently delivered on time! I absolutely love the 8-ounce steak, potatoes, and garlic green beans. The steak is incredibly tender and well-seasoned. Overall, the service is impeccable! It's important to recognize that these staff members work hard for our enjoyment. It’s impressive that they continue to provide great service while we still consider dining out without masks. I keep these employees in my thoughts every time I visit. The restaurant is spotless, welcoming, and I appreciate everyone who makes the experience fantastic for all of us. Plus, they stay open late, which is perfect for my work-from-home schedule. I'm not exactly sure what caused it, but at 7:59 PM on Wednesday, August 31st, the entire restaurant had a strong odor of raw sewage. It was my husband's birthday, and we had ordered takeout. When we arrived to pick up our food, we had to wait, and while standing there, we couldn't help but notice the strange smell. Curious, we asked another customer if they had noticed it as well. Before my husband could finish his question, the customer interrupted, exclaiming, "YES, THE FOOD DOESN'T EVEN TASTE RIGHT!" I'm really hesitant to go back in to retrieve the food, and I'm trying to persuade my husband to pick a different place for his birthday dinner. We're still here, so I'll be sure to keep you...
The bar top was cluttered with dirty dishes from previous customers, and the surface was sticky. One staff member did come by to assist but only managed to wipe down a small area in front of one chair before leaving the dirty rag and spray cleaner behind. He never came back for it. I even took a photo of the dirty plate that remained next to us for the duration of our visit. I also didn’t receive the water I had requested. The entrees were okay, although my boyfriend’s pasta was a bit cold. Overall, while it wasn’t the worst experience, I wouldn’t expect us to return.
The food came out nice and hot. Would have been 5 star if they had not made an error. I asked to omit sour cream and add extra guacamole. Paid extra. Food came out with no sour cream and no guacamole. Made me have to walk into the place. The whole point of curbside pickup is not to go in

Good food, reasonable price, good lemonade, but super understaffed. The restaurant was only around half filled and we had to wait about 35 minutes for a seat of two. More waiting after being seated.
I love Applebees food I had the whisky baconburger with the house salad with honey mustard dressing. I will definitely order it again.
