Our reservation was at 7:30. They stuck us outside in the cold. We asked for a heat lamp and it never came. They had them but they forgot. They finally got to our order 45 minutes later after we had to go ask for service. Their excuse was there was another party that they were helping…. That is NOT a valid excuse. It wasn’t that busy. Plus for a Saturday night during a kings game nearby, they should already be prepared for serving more than 1 group of customers. Food came and it was ok. Not worth the wait. We were ignored until we had to ask. Drinks were ok. The best thing that I loved about the experience was they had a great playlist. The rest was disappointing.
