Do not eat here at this location on Warren Rd., Westland, MI I happened to come here on Friday night the 19th with my boyfriend. we both haven 't been in awhile due to last time when we were waiting to be seated for 10 minutes just kept getting looks by waitresses so we walked out. we figured we 'd give it another try after hearing both service and food has gotten better. we sit down order our drinks and get an appetizer of mozzarella sticks which were delicious. and then we got our meals which my boyfriend got chicken broccoli Alfredo, and mine was a 6 ounce sirloin steak with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans. I take a bite of my mashed potatoes and they are ice cold, steak tasted...

Our experience at the restaurant started off well as we received our drinks and placed our order for the 2 for $30.00 deal with a salad. However, despite the waitress saying our food would be ready shortly on two occasions and even bringing us a second cup of tea (indicating how long we had been waiting), after 30 minutes we still had not received our food, not even the salad. Our waitress seemed to have disappeared and when we informed a nearby busboy about the situation, he just looked at us blankly. This was the worst dining experience ever. It seems like there is new management because I have never had issues with this Applebee's before. We ordered our food from DoorDash and when it arrived, we noticed that we were missing a whole entree, some sauces, and a soup. We called to express our disappointment and they offered to replace the missing items if we returned to the restaurant. When we picked up the new items, they were already cold. We called back to complain and the manager accused me of swearing at her, which I never did. She was rude and incompetent. The next person we spoke to handled the situation much better. they were obviously among servants, so a 15-minute waiting period was acceptable to a table. the service was slow as soon as he sat. waited for an hour to eat after ordering. the waitress never mentioned why the dinge took so long. the only delivered cutlery were forks. after eating asked for measurables and said: “We only have 20 knives for the whole restaurant”. we got plastic, the silverware, the knives included. eating was good, but waiting was completely unacceptable.

I feel that with so many food-out options restaurants it should increase to food-wise). Yes, I know it's a chain, but I expected better food also for applebees! I ordered her 4 cheese paste with paprika chicken top. I don't regret making a photo of it and not sending it back because it was rough. it tasted watery, not enough cheese and the whole pasta was sweet. I was rather dissatisfied. the personal is nice, but eating is not! definitiw will go somewhere else next time!

regular restaurant. has some food specialties. drink specialities and happy Hours.Baby back rib not inexpensive (very little meat short cut ribs. seems like their French pommes are always under boiled mushy .ask for extra crispy pommes they will enjoy them better if not yet crispy send them back. parking: Plenty..handicap friendly.
