GOOD GENRE CHOICE. This Applebee is a good choice if you like this genre of food. The location and parking are easily accessible from I-75. It's clean and well occupied. A safe sign of good administration is that on this Veterans Day Comp Meal Service, the Host ASKED, if we want, share a table - not a requirement. This service for all and facilitated the staff. Our waitress was great, the food was good (a bit cold, but still good), our drinks were good. Overall, the service was decent. But the idiot at the door, I don't know what to refer to her position... she was terrible. There were 3 big adults in our party, a toddler and a 12 years old. This idiot wanted to put us on a stand. She was just ridiculous. Then we asked someone to sit at a table where we would have more room and feel comfortable. It has given our request without any problems. I have an online order for the blondie dessert, for the order pickup. I followed the online requirements that notify that I had arrived. After waiting for 20 minutes and seeing other customers get their order, I called to see what was going on. only then I was informed that they were from dessert. the server that the commands were performing could have told me that I arrived once, but I guess they were afraid to tackle the problem. After talking to the manager, I was not offered any replacements, or nothing for the inconvenience. everything she could do was to make excuses and say: "oh, they should not have been able to order the online" and "they must have done a call in order" try to show...

I gave 3 stars because the service was excellent. However, that's the only thing to brag about. The food was not good. I had Chicken Alfredo that was so watery it was like soup. I had to add a ton of black pepper and salt. The pasta was over cooked and mushy. The chicken was dry. How do you have dry chicken and soupy pasta? I don't even know I won't be eating here again. The prices are too high for the quality of food.
