Our waitress was excellent, and the food was tasty, although it was a bit cold. The drinks were also good. Overall, the service was decent. However, the person at the front door was quite frustrating; I’m not sure what her job title would be, but she was not helpful at all. Our party consisted of three large adults, a toddler, and a 12-year-old, yet she insisted on seating us at a cramped booth. It was absurd. I placed an online order for the blondie dessert for pickup and followed the instructions to notify the restaurant of my arrival. After waiting for 20 minutes and watching other customers receive their orders, I called to check on my order. Only then was I informed that they were out of the dessert. The server who was handling the orders could have simply let me know I had arrived, but they seemed hesitant to address the issue. When I spoke with the manager, I was not offered any replacements or compensation for the inconvenience. I gave 3 stars because the service was excellent. However, that's the only thing to brag about. The food was not good. I had Chicken Alfredo that was so watery it was like soup. I had to add a ton of black pepper and salt. The pasta was over cooked and mushy. The chicken was dry. How do you have dry chicken and soupy pasta? I don't even know I won't be eating here again. The prices are too high for the quality of food.
