So came in late last week for dinner with my husband. The waitress was a little over friendly to my husband lol he enjoyed it BUT our salads were served before our waters whichmost people would think nothing of that. In our case that makes it dangerous for my husband which recently went into remission for stage 4 throat cancer. If he does not drink while eating he chokes. Sitting at the the table he reminded our waitress twice we needed water. She both times gave us I’m working on it and never brought us water. And of course my husband took a bite of salad and choked. I thought EVERYONE should know that I walked into Applebee's and was RUDELY told that the kitchen couldn't handle any more people. It was 8 pm. The place was not even busy at all. Then a short women came over and ASKED US IF MY GIRLFRIEND WAS MY MOTHER!!Absolutely uncalled for and then she said that it was a compliment....... Me and my girlfriend ran out there in digust and now she is very very sad and emotional. I could not believe that someone who works in a restaraunt would even ask that question. This is enough to send someone over the edge that is already struggling with self esteem issues...!!! I will be back in to talk to the manager!! This women 100 percent deserves to be fired!!
The host was a wonderful woman who treated us very kindly.I ordered a med rare steak it came rare asked if they could take it back and they did. The manager Bob brought it back to the table and immediately left. It was slightly cooked but stoll obviously rare. When I pointed this out I was informed that I was wrong and that it had been cooked properly in a very condensing way. He treated me like a child who didn't know what I was talking about even though I am a cook myself and know how properly cook a steak and properly temp it with a thermometer). I usually have wonderful things to say about this place, but my last few visits were disappointing. I received the wrong drink, and on one occasion, my macaroni was served frozen and barely warm. However, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The last waitress I had, despite seeming a bit stressed, was fantastic. I wish I could remember her name, but she was incredibly sweet and apologized for the mistakes. I couldn't even feel upset; after all, mistakes happen, and we're all human. I’m giving it three stars because, even though there were errors, they were addressed quickly, and the service from the staff is consistently good!

very bad mgmt/hospitality. with a distance the worst applebees and easily the worst restaurant experience in my life. weekend mgmt here must take a class on customer service. 5 of us were treated with total contempt by mgmt on the shock of us, other patrons, bartenders, waiters and even the hostess. unbelievable. And it seems a common complaining in the city. They avoid this place, unless they want angry in the middle of their meal. Do you want to see a football match on Sunday? go to the oxford casino for good food and great hospitality. Condemation to this sad branch of an otherwise decent brand.
This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a perfect margarita along with some delicious BBQ wings. It’s also very child-friendly, offering a children's menu and a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, there’s ample parking available, with 35 spaces surrounding the building.
