We came midday and had Zach H as our waiter. He is super tall, but got down on our level to take ordered. He was the best server I have seen in a long time. His attitude and continued amazing service made our experience amazing. The food was great.My son had ordered a pizza but Zach put in cheese burger. Never got to taste the food. We were seated and never got a waitress. Everyone except greeter was partying at the bar with, I guess, celebrating/singing another employee's birthday. We watched two women come in, be seated after us and immediately waited on. As we began to leave, the gentleman in the booth behind us said he had been waiting for service for 15 minutes and was still waiting when we left. It was just awful!!! I said I was going to report this to the corporate office--should have--by didn't. Really deserves Not Even One Star!!!?
We visited the restaurant on Saturday, March 19th and were served by Jessica. She was extremely pleasant and greeted us with a warm attitude, ensuring that all of our needs were taken care of. Manager Ms. Tammy stepped in during a last-minute rush and helped out wherever necessary. Despite being short-staffed, the team worked together seamlessly. We are grateful for the excellent service and delicious food provided. Thank you!
I ordered the nachos, and they were absolutely amazing. I like using the car side to go option because I work in the area and it makes getting lunch a breeze. We made a quick stop for drinks and dessert, which unexpectedly turned into just one drink and dessert due to the shortened hours. Despite being caught off guard by the 10 pm closing time on a Saturday night, we had a good experience. The staff was always friendly, especially Alex who has been there every time I visit. It's about time they give that poor guy a day off!
Despite being a holiday, the restaurant was bustling with plenty of patrons. The hostess greeted us warmly and we were quickly seated. Our waitress promptly took our order and provided helpful recommendations when I was deciding on a salad. The meal turned out to be delicious, as I savored every bite.
Staff was so friendly and great.. Tried Sirloin. Sirloin was great when started eating, Juicy and tasty, but almost at the end, meat was little raw… overall was aa good experience.
Very attentive, efficient staff.They did great for my carry out order.They took the order over the phone didn’t force me to order on line. That’s a huge help!!

ended up stopping in at Applebee’s Grill Bar and had such a great experience. the bartender was prompt and attentive. the food was exactly what I was craving.
Our meals tasted very good and our server was on top of things. Several visits to the table to check/refill even though they were busy. ?
