When she returned, it was only to give us the bill—she didn't inquire if the meal was good or if we needed anything else. The total came to $40.13, and since I didn't have any change for a tip, I decided to give her a $320 bill. She took the $60 I handed her and walked to the register, where I noticed her slip a $20 bill into her apron. While I usually tip generously for good service, based on this experience, I felt that 10% was the most I could do.

I'm not one to write negative reviews but my husband wanted apple bees today so we went. I have to say the server Sonia was absolutely polite and wonderful although; I was served a fountain drink in a dirty glass which wasn't a huge deal I just simply had the server take the cup back and requested a new drink out of a clean glass. When I got my new fresh drink, there was a whole piece of raw broccoli floating at the top. The restaurant at the time was nearly empty at the time so In my opinion there was no excuse for the nastiness. The food quality was also pretty eh considering the price, definitely not the best. Lol
This Applebee's has always been a delight for a great date night. From the great servers to the fantastic deals like the 2 for 30 meal deals that gets you delicious appetizers, sides, and entrees for a steal. Burgers are always made right and the drinks never fail to have a generous amount of alcohol unlike alot of places. It saddens me to see some people haven't been as fortunate but in my personal experiences this establishment has been great. If you're looking for a nice pleasant evening on a budget here you go.
I had a disappointing experience at your restaurant. You promised that someone would get in touch with me and I would at least receive a gift card as compensation for ruining my meal. As a fellow restaurant manager, I find it quite insulting that, as a new customer in the area, you made no effort to resolve the situation. Having lived in Fall River for just a month, I will not be returning to this location and will even go out of my way to avoid it, despite the rising gas prices.

eating was good, very tasty and lemon chicken, they also had special offers for boneless chicken wings and mozarella sticks. the type that served all the tables tried his best, but was overwhelmed. there is also a bar and beer is also served here. parking: parking
Went for dinner. Waited forever. I just didn't like the fact that the waitress was friendly but didn't tell us any specials. We found them after eating, waiting to pay. I wasn't impressed when I seen how much cheaper it would of been. I'm not a fan.
Normally a great experience, but service and delivery of car side to go was exceptionally slow tonight. All we wanted was a salad. Worst of all, I was being ignored..25min past the scheduled pickup time. Atleast the order was right.
nick, the bartender, is friendly, funny and totally customer-oriented. he never stands still and always knows what he does for men. excellent!

It's Applebees not the capital grille. The food is good the people make it great. I come for the atmosphere and the people who work there .
I really enjoy dining out, and it's wonderful to go on a date where my partner and I both love the atmosphere.
