The cat room was fantastic—spotless and cozy. I had a great time playing with the cats. However, I rated it only 3 stars because the coffee I ordered was terrible; it was lukewarm and completely lacking in flavor, probably the worst coffee I've ever tasted. I also got a cookie that was bland. Additionally, the staff member was a bit persistent about asking for donations. On a positive note, my daughters loved the boba tea. I would definitely return just for the cat room and skip the food and drinks.
i love bajas cat cafe and have been going here for years. the atmosphere is great and it’s meant to be a quiet and relaxing place. however, i went today and there was a reservation i had for 1 with 5 people. they let in 4 more people with NO reservation when the max is 6. it was loud and the cats were distracted by the people. my boyfriend and i have previously been here and we made a reservation for the wrong day and they did not let us in. what happened today was quite upsetting.
I had some troubles making my online reservation but the staff was able to help me sort it out quickly. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, I thought all the local crafts for sale were so adorable we really enjoyed our Boba teas and baked treats. The kitties were so cute and playful, it was so much fun to cuddle and play with them.
My Updated Review: I adopted two bonded cats from here about five months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. They are thriving and have become my best friends! This is a fantastic place to consider if you're looking to adopt. Plus, they serve excellent food and coffee.

My family had so much fun. There were so many cats, and some were super friendly and came on our laps. We reserved the room for 1 hr, and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back again.Parking: Parking is behind the building.Kid-friendliness: Room for all!
We didn't dine or drink at the restaurant, but we did have the joy of seeing some adorable kittens! Kid-friendliness: If your children love cats, this is definitely the place to visit.
food and drink is meh but cat room is awesome. but I recommend to splurge for the private
