saw from the hostess, and it was about 10-15 minutes before someone even greeted us. smh. manager went by and said no word. smh. when he was finally greeted by the waiter, he was a nice guy. he took our job and even exchanged a mixed drink because we were not satisfied with it, but unfortunately we were also disappointed with the next one. I do not recommend these mixed fruity drinks like the margaritas. give them a beer. eating, at least the appetizers seem to be overpriced, so even if they go late there's only a selected couple of things that are half-priced. there are tvs to enjoy on many of the walls. the neighbour is cozy, so it is great safe to hang against, with friends, family or eve...
I usually go to applebee for the two for $33. in the rule they get the grilled chicken salad with buffalo wings and a diet cola. the dressing on the salad tastes delicious and the chicken is not dry. the buffalo wings taste good. not too spicy, but with enough sauce taste good. the main reason why I go to applebee’s is not the salad or wing. these are things that are easy to get almost everywhere selling food. the main reason why go to applebee is that the place is always clean the staff is always friendly and courteous. these qualities are difficult to find in nyc nowadays. many thanks to david that I always make my time in the restaurant pleasant.
This food is honestly disgusting!!! It tastes like not properly heated frozen dinners, the staff is unreasonably stupid and inattentive to customers, and none of the prices are appropriate for garbage food. On top of that, this store's employees are racist and discriminate against who is required to show vaccination cards and who is not. Unacceptable! Bathrooms are also dirty and disgusting, especially the woman's bathroom! Television programs are not age appropriate and there is nowhere that shared that only adults can be at the Applebees.
Went for birthday dinner for my kid, employees tried their best to seat us together, but we ended up sitting in booths back to back to each other. In their defense, it was Sunday (football night). The food was decent, and the waiters did their best to sing happy birthday. Waiter Shine made my experience to eat here satisfing with his karisma and great attitude! Beer is always good .

We had to wait for an hour and a half for a table because the hostess forgot we were waiting outside as instructed. Then, we had to wait almost two hours to be seated due to their mistake. Finally, when we were served, the waitress was excellent and took good care of us. This is the only reason they are receiving any stars from me. It was for a party of six! Disappointing.
I enjoy this restaurant, but it can be quite noisy due to the sports atmosphere. I have visited a few times and have always found the food to be delicious and the staff to be friendly.
