On Tuesday at 9 a.m., I visited Applebee’s in Westbury, Long Island. The welcome I received was less than warm and inviting. However, I must say that the drinks were impressive – excellent prices for great quality! We also tried the beer-battered pretzels and artichokes with chips, which were very enjoyable. The shrimp plate we ordered was decent, but the French fries were served lukewarm, which was disappointing. It’s frustrating when restaurants serve food at room temperature just because it's been sitting in a warming tray. If something is meant to be hot, it should be served hot, and if it’s meant to be cold, it should be served cold!
I recently dined at a lovely restaurant where I tried the French onion soup, which was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of cheese melted on top. For the kids, we ordered the mac and cheese, which was creamy and delicious, accompanied by crispy mozzarella sticks that were a hit. We also enjoyed a fresh salad dressed with tangy blue cheese dressing, adding a nice touch to our meal. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience!
This Applebees compared to other locations and other chains is really above-average in terms of their employees setting and service. I usually visit during the happy hour they have some good deals like the BOGO home beer and my favorite Angry Orchard. Overall, this location is well managed and the staff is very friendly so I overlook the mediocre food.

I would give this review zero stars. My wings arrived with sauce, even though I specifically ordered them without it. To make matters worse, the wings were undercooked, and I didn't receive any french fries at all.
This place is fantastic! I had the best drink made by bartender Alexie J. She is really nice and always goes out of her way to help customers. I highly recommend visiting the bar at night when she's working.
Unfortunately, my recent visit to Applebee's was marred by extremely poor service. After being seated at a table, my party and I waited a full 20 minutes without anyone attending to us.

Portions cut. Quesadilla is half the size it used to be. Artichoke dip is different and bitter. Chicken tenders fatty.
The Alfredo sauce was quite lacking, as the noodles barely had any sauce on them at all.
