This place is fantastic! Although it has only been open for a short while, the team appears to have mastered the food and drinks. The menu offers a great variety of bar snacks as well as more substantial meals. However, the best part is the overall vibe. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed with a smile and feel completely at ease sitting at the bar and striking up a conversation, just as a good local bar should be. The decor is intriguing and diverse, and the atmosphere is casual yet well-crafted where it matters. It’s my favorite bar on the Coast!
Cool place, great simple food, Bit of a 90's feel about it which is cool as that's my Era! Maybe it's just me but I'm reminded of Bio-Dome because of the Mahi Mahi across the top of the bar. Great range of alternate alcohol esp Beers you don't generally find in other bars. I'm a Bourbon guy and they have Buffalo Trace which means clearly they know what they're doing! The chick behind the bar also let me play with the remote control lights which kept my simple mind child-like amused for while.
If you're hunting for a place for a brew and a feed round Mermaid/Miami then look no further. This spot is tops. Myself and a mate went in and we got subs, one meatball, one kransky and washed them down with a few 4 Pines beers. Tasty food. There's a good selection whiskeys as well. Worth checking out if you're in the area.
Friendly atmosphere. The bar was made by the owners and the decorations add a certain charm to the place. The Marty McFries are delicious and the home-made tomato sauce is smooth and smokey. The nachos are amazing. Do yourself a favour and have a drink and/or meal here!

This hidden gem on the Gold Coast Highway offers excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. I really appreciate that they serve VB on tap along with craft beer—such a rarity these days! I’ll definitely be coming back!
Went there last night for late night snacks. We really enjoyed the vibe of the place DJ was mixing some great classics. Very friendly and attentive staff, delicious burgers and great atmosphere. Can’t find any faults. Will be back
I visited Burleigh Heads and ended up at Apres. The atmosphere there was fantastic, and the burgers were even better. If you're in Burleigh Heads, you’d be missing out if you didn't stop by for a burger!
Apres Surf at Mermaid Beach is a nifty little spot. We ducked in early evening on a Thursday for a sneaky bev and felt very welcome. Will be back for sure!
