Refueled 20 times, pulled a woman unfriendly 20 times, continued unpacking, greeting not returned, questions answered very unwillingly or not at all, extremely annoyed, disparaging look. The second lady isn't much better either, constantly escaping outside to smoke. That's it, I avoided this gas station for 5 months, now here again, exactly the same, see above. That was final for me. There are plenty of gas stations where the staff is friendly, see Blieskastel, Saargemünderstraße.
I filled up with diesel and wanted to use a paper towel so that my hands didn't smell like it, all the towel holders were removed, diesel gloves were there, but there was too much plastic. When I asked, I was told that new ones were coming. Everything's OK, but can't you swap them straight away, take the old ones off and put the new ones on?
I live very close to the gas station and also refuel more often there. The gas station has come into the years and urgently needs to be renewed. In addition, it stinks in the sales room that you hope to be out quickly. I'll notice it every time. I wonder why the employees don't notice it?
Unfortunately poorly trained staff, staff were unable to redeem a voucher. Unfortunately, it's not about looking for a solution or help, for example. tried another branch or something similar. The only statements were no idea how to do it and what do we do now...

The Fuel is quite too expensive. Insteat they have a good selection of other stuff. Running out of milk on a sunday morning? No Problem Go to this fuel station!
5 liters of Ad Blue cost here 15€ at a normal price of 30 cents per litre......who wants to be zoomed is right here.....
A very friendly team, also very helpful. Good shop offers, reasonably customer-friendly opening hours.
