I went to this restaurant once and it was closed, even though they were supposed to be open. I read some reviews to see if there was an explanation, then I called and found out they were having some employee troubles. After reading a few negative reviews, I decided to give it another chance later that day. There were about 7 cars in front of me but I was able to get my food within 10 minutes. The food was hot and the service was friendly. I don't understand what all the negative reviews were about. Maybe I went at a busier time, but I wouldn't give them any fewer stars.
Once, and it was closed when they assumed to be open, read some reviews to see if there was an answer, then I called out that she had some employees problems. After reading a handful of bad reviews, I decided to go later this day. About 7 cars in front of me and I came through within 10 minutes. My food was hot, the service was nice too. So IDK, what everybody's talking about. Maybe it was a more busy time. But I wouldn't give them less stars.
I love arbys but my great grandma could cook faster then these guys. Waited 45 mins in the drive up line (INSIDE is STILL CLOSED) They spilled a drink on me … whatever. But they really tried telling me I was wrong about my order they was trying to rush me through drive-thru w/o my $5.09 sandwich. Nope I’m not waiting almost an hour for an incorrect order not today s@t3n
Has been my fav for a few months now but after today I won’t be returning. My husband and I both ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and both the chicken patties were hard and rubbery and full of grease. Idk if they were raw or what. I didn’t notice til I was halfway thru eating it and now I’m just waiting around hoping I don’t get sick from it.

I absolutely adore Arby's. Their jalapeño poppers are the best I've ever had. And they come with this amazing 'Bronco Berry' sauce that is slightly spicy but mostly sweet like a jelly or marmalade. It's absolutely delicious. I am always thrilled whenever we indulge in a meal at Arby's.
The only thing open is the drive-thru, with long lines and limited hours due to a shortage of personnel. However, the staff is friendly, and treating people well goes a long way. I love the new Country Rib Sandwich, it's the best Arby's sandwich. I do miss the potato cake though.
Last 2 times there, incorrect orders and forgotten purchases. This last time I reported it. Had to wait 10 minutes and they forgot the missing items AGAIN and got the order wrong AGAIN!! We didn't have time to deal with it again. Sorry we won't be back.
They had limited staff (as everywhere these days) and we waited quite ahile BUT kudos for the crew for the delicious food! Mozz sticks were crispy and still hot when we came home and sandwiches were tasty. Great job people!

Stopped for lunch. Only the drive thru was open. But we got food and parked in the parking lot! Food was great as usual!!! Arby's is our favorite midday meal!!
