I received my order through the drive-thru, but when I returned to work, it was incorrect. I called them and was told to come back to fix it. When I arrived, I went inside and waited for 10 minutes, during which I saw an employee touch her face and then handle fries for an order. Additionally, the floor mat by the door and the area up to the counter were sticky, and my feet stuck to the floor. At that point, I just asked for a refund. I will never return to this location.
If you enjoy French dip sandwiches, I’d suggest not ordering it online or for delivery—they almost always forget the dipping sauce, especially in the evenings. I don’t understand why the sauce isn’t included in the bag since it’s a standard part of the order. Do yourself a favor and make sure they don’t forget the dipping sauce. It’s simple and should be easy to remember.
The food is excellent, but I have a significant problem with their packaging. They regularly put my napkins and fries directly on top of the buffalo chicken sliders. They really need to be more careful or find a better way to arrange everything.
Although the prices are somewhat elevated, we can't help but be drawn to the French dips. It would be fantastic if you could provide a coupon, such as 2 for $6 on the French dips, or consider a buy-one-get-one offer. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food was excellent, and the chocolate mint shakes were simply delightful! I went during a peak time, so the service was a little sluggish, but the staff was incredibly friendly, which made the wait worthwhile.
Arby's is a decent spot, but I swear they consistently underfill the drinks by a noticeable amount—about one-third empty each time. If a small drink costs $2, it should be filled properly.
