Arby's - Reserva de mesa

The food here is consistently excellent! Although the drive-thru line is often crowded, the service is surprisingly fast. The meat is almost always fresh and delicious. Additionally, the customer service is typically outstanding. We frequent this place several times a month due to its affordable prices and high quality. I can't recall them ever getting our order wrong, except on rare occasions when they might have forgotten straws. Overall, it's a great spot!

The Fried Mac 'n Cheese Bites were cold and seemed to have been sitting under the heat lamp for a while; I only received three instead of four. The Premium Chicken Nuggets were rock hard, and I only got five instead of six. On the plus side, the fries were fantastic as always, and my sandwich and coffee drink were great too. It's just disappointing that the only issue I had was with the food I ordered for my 3-year-old.

We arrived at 4:00, parked our car, and headed to the entrance, only to discover that the dining area was closed and they only serve through the drive-thru. We returned to our vehicle and went through the drive-thru instead. The service was average, and the food was warm. However, the orange cream shake was delicious and definitely made the trip worthwhile!

I'm giving this place 2 stars because I understand it was a busy time when I ordered, but my experience was disappointing. I usually like Arby's, but if you're planning to visit, it's best to go around midday. The chicken served was quite stale, and they had run out of shakes and macaroni and cheese. The restaurant only has a drive-thru option, and the doors are not unlocked, which is inconvenient. There should be a sign indicating where to pick up your food at the drive-thru. The food is excellent, but they really need management that understands how to run things properly. I was disappointed with the experience.

the roast beef is very good as usual. but I ordered a double double beef didnt get a double beef I only got a single. and the bun was so hard and stale I couldnt even need it so I had to pick it apart and eat just the meat thats not what I call lunch

Ordering from Arby's through DoorDash always exceeds my expectations! It’s consistently delicious every time! I can't quite figure out what’s in that Apple Turnover, but it's absolutely fantastic.
