You have to walk up to the counter to place your order. Since the food is made to order, it takes a bit longer than typical fast food. The portion sizes are generous, and the menu offerings are standard for a Mexican restaurant. I tried the nachos, and they came in an enormous portion, enough for two people. However, all the chips were limp and soggy. The beans lacked salt, and everything was covered in cheese, resulting in one big clump. A better way to serve this dish would be to keep the chips separate from the toppings, allowing customers to build their own nachos at the table. I wouldn’t recommend the nachos.
When I first arrived at the restaurant, I thought it was closed, but I ended up having a delightful dinner burrito. It was fresh and served hot, although the chips were a bit stale, probably because they had been out of the bag for hours. On the positive side, the selection of salsas was impressive. The dining area could use a bit of a clean-up; it wasn't particularly dirty, especially since I was the only customer, but I didn't see anyone attending to the tables after the previous diners left.
I was surprised to find that Baja offers salads, and I have to say, it was one of the freshest and most delicious salads I've ever had. I appreciate their other dishes too, but I would certainly order the salad again. The location is convenient and not overly crowded, which is a plus.
The salsa bar is super fresh has a large variety of spice and types of salsa. All of the food is cooked to order and delicious.There is a sign on the wall that claims they don't own a microwave and to be patient because good food takes time to prepare.... nice.

My first time visiting and my chicken in my quesadilla and burrito were burnt. Was offered a remake of the food for the next day. But was visiting the area so could not return because of distance and inconvenience. Was denied a refund.

Delicious Tex-Mex! Been here for quite some time but food seems higher quality than years past (was good before but now it's pretty great).
The experience was average. Many of the tables were dirty. The food was satisfactory, nothing outstanding, but also not terrible.

The order came out quick. I got my favorite burrito and my wife got the casa Dilla. Diner is the best time to come.
