UPDATE: Followed the link and completed feedback. Did not hear from anyone.I decided against going back to get a refund because it is out of my way and I simply don’t have time. I did share a picture of my receipt when I completed my survey, so they have it.———————-The sandwiches are good, but there are miscommunications and incorrect orders at times. One time I used their app to order and wasn’t informed that the shake machine was down until I was almost there. I did not get a refund for the difference in cost between shakes and sodas. I eventually got that straightened out. Another time I ordered a double roast beef and received a regular size. Today, I was given beef and cheddar sandwiche...
The food at this restaurant was amazing. Even though it's considered fast food, the quality was really good. I didn't enjoy the curly fries as much as the crinkle fries. The mozzarella sticks were very cheesy, just as they should be. The beef and cheddar sandwich was good, but I didn't love the red ranch sauce. The French dip was tasty, but I found the Au Jus to be too salty. The jalapeno bites are perfect if you like spicy food - they are crispy and flavorful. Overall, I would definitely come back and I recommend that you do too.
Allendale, MI-This was a quick stop on my late drive home from work. This was one of two places open. The employees were awesome and very accommodating. “We don’t have that sandwich exactly like that on the menu, but we could make one like it for you”. Yeah! That’s called “Excellent Customer Service”! Now the next time I’m driving home late and hungry there won’t be a question of where will I stop. It will be Arby’s. Thanks, guys/gals.
I haven't had a good fast food experience in years, but this restaurant changed that. It was one of the cleanest and best-maintained restaurants I've seen, from the dining area to the restrooms. The service was excellent and the staff was very kind. A top-notch example for other restaurants to follow. Food: 5/5.

Very over priced. 4 Sliders (which are not very big and smaller than when they use to come in those tiny boxes) 5 piece jalapeños bites and the total came to $14. Here's a picture of the sliders that use to be a dollar, now1.99, might as well say two dollars.Food: 1/5
I placed an online order for pickup at 1pm. Arrived 10 minutes early, but my order was not ready until 1:15. When I asked about the delay at 1:05, the staff seemed annoyed by my inquiry and were not very customer-friendly.
Drive through, they are open the latest of all the fast food near me. So when the late night munchies hit.... they're the only place to go.Food: 3/5
