Last night, we decided to try out this restaurant. As soon as we sat down, we noticed that the place was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. I ordered Tom Yum soup, my fiancé got Sesame Chicken, and our son had Chicken Fried Rice. We also ordered Crispy Tofu as an appetizer, but it had no flavor at all, which was a big disappointment. The soup took 30 minutes to arrive, followed by the fried rice and sesame chicken 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, both my fiancé and I are feeling unwell today, likely due to the food. Amazing quality Thai food! Sweet and attentive service, clean establishment, all good. I had the medium spicy Tom Ka and it was dragon level hot! Oh so delicious though. So watch out if you are normally a medium spice person. Tried the Pad Thai and was delighted to find that they don't sugar it up like a lot of other American Thai restaurants. Give them yer money!
Well, actually 3.5 stars, but I rounded up. It's not authentic Thai, but it still tastes good. I had pla lad prik, a crispy fish entree with green pepper, green onion, and lots of fresh ginger. The sauce tasted more like pla jien, minus the veggies and shrimp, but I did not mind. The rice was dry, but it made a good soaker for the sauce. Decent.
Probably the worst Thai I've ever had. The crab rangoons are dried out and they used super thick wantons. The curry pad Thai was spicier than medium (which is okay because I like spicy). However, the shrimp are NOT cleaned/deveined and quite frankly it's disgusting. I'm goin to be getting my money back from my card company for this one.

I stumbled upon this restaurant a few years ago and decided to try it out. Since then, I have continued to come back. I enjoy spicy food, while my friend Tom does not. Luckily, the menu offers the option to choose the level of spice for each dish. The service is consistently excellent. I highly recommend Aroy Thai Restaurant!
I was absolutely impressed by the quality and attention to detail put into the food at this charming restaurant! Both the taste and presentation were top-notch in my opinion. Although it took a bit longer than expected, it was well worth the wait and the price was reasonable.
Great food, great service. We were heading elsewhere and stopped on a whim, so glad we stumbled on to this place. Would caution against ordering your spice level as hot, it was bit too much for my boyfriend who loves spicy food.
This is my favorite place to get Pad Thai. They make it with a more lemon-y taste which is quite different from other Thai restaurants but I am a huge fan! It's become my biggest craving food!

The place is clean. The food is freshly made. The menu is limited, but most of the classics of Thai are there. Price is very reasonable and service is good. Setting is plain, but very clean.
Best authentic Thai food in West Michigan. Possibly in all of Michigan. Definitely the best food in all of Allendale.
