Arby's - Reserva de mesa

I've ordered a beef and cheddar five times now, and each time I've only received a regular roast beef. I spend a good amount on lunches for myself and my coworkers at this restaurant. The manager on duty today had a rather unfriendly attitude. They might want to consider removing the drive-thru speaker and taking orders directly at the window instead. When I misunderstood something he said, his response was rude, which didn't help at all.

My mom and I stopped by this Arby's after helping my son move into his new apartment in Hickory. The drive-thru service was quick, and the staff was very friendly while taking our order. Alex, who served us at the window, was polite and thoughtful. The food was hot and fresh. I highly recommend this location for its friendly, efficient, and outstanding customer service.

I ordered iced tea, but it was served without ice. I requested mozzarella sticks but ended up with jalapeño poppers instead. The food itself was cooked well, but there was poor communication about my order. This was around 5 PM, and they also failed to provide any sauces.

This is the best Arby's I've visited in the last few years. While I've noticed a decline in food quality at other locations, this one excelled in every way. I will definitely return the next time I'm nearby. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is always served warm and fresh, never sitting under heat lamps for two hours. The staff is friendly and helpful, although there are some areas where they could improve.

The food was cold, the bread was hard, and there was very little bratwurst on the sandwich. I also had to wait in line for 16 minutes just to place my order.

The restaurant was unclean. My shoes got stuck to the floor in the drinking area, the tables weren’t wiped down, and the food was lukewarm.

The drive-thru was a bit slower than usual, but I went during lunch, so I anticipated that. The fries were fresh and delicious.
