On the evening of September 22, 2019, I stopped by an Arby's for dinner while driving to my hotel. I had never been to an Arby's before, so I thought, why not give it a try? The staff at the counter were extremely polite and very helpful. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich along with a sweet tea.
I was extremely disappointed when I ordered a Large Strawberry Lemonade and received just this small cup. I asked the cashier multiple times if that was indeed a large, and she confirmed it was. I would never have paid over $4.00 for such a tiny cup. I won't be coming back again.
The ice cream machine was down twice on both of my visits and the third they were out of whip cream.. I LOVE their shakes.. hate something always seems to be wrong g with it.. thw staff are awesome and
The West Monroe location is excellent. The food is consistently hot and delicious. They hardly ever get my order wrong, and I never have to wait long! Reserva una mesa ahora
I really enjoy Arby's, and this location is one of my top choices. The sandwiches are always hot and fresh, and the customer service is exceptional!
Definitely not what it used to be. No sauce with my mozzarella sticks , why even ask and not give it to me.
The food was good, and the service was decent for a fast-food restaurant. Overall, I would recommend it.
