we went to eat at arby's tonight there were 6 people working in the kitchen, none of them paid attention when we went to order. One of them was at the register and said order whenever you are ready and she turned around and then started talking to the other cow workers. They don't even deserve a star. The food was really cold, the fries were even worst, not fresh at all. They were also vety slow it was just us inside. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I'm very dissapointed, never going back again.
very rude, so-called man and personal would not help me. I was double fee and then got my full order was said to bring back my bag of means of life to prove that I don't get it and that's impossible to do because we started eating our dinner and noticed that we paid over for things that we didn't ask and then not receive. if I didn't, how would I prove it wasn't in the bag. very rude and cut me off. we'll never get back to a smoke in the jumpfield on glenstone again.
The Buffalo chicken sandwich was only half covered in Buffalo sauce. The beef and cheddar was cold. Asked for no sauce on the beef and cheddar. Repeated that we didn’t want sauce on the beef and cheddar at the window. Got it home, and there was sauce on the sandwich. Both drinks were flat. The jalapeño poppers were good, but didn’t receive the ranch I asked for. The only redeeming part of the meal were the curly fries. Ending up throwing away both sandwiches.
They have good deals, but food is always missing and there are hairs on almost every item. I watched someone rub the sleeve on their jacket with gloves on and then make someone's gyro immediately with the same hand. Honestly disgusting. Love Arby's, lovetheir cheese sticks and curly fries, if they don't want to have a strict cleanliness policy that's on them I guess. Maybe justgo somewhere else Reserva una mesa ahora
The pm workers here on Sunday night were the absolute worst. Idk if the just weren’t trained right or brand new but they didn’t even know what a classic roast beef and a spicy fish sandwich was. Worker looked at me confused and turned to his coworkers and said, “dude I’m so confused” they must be on some good drugs there
The young men behind the counter were horse playing and throwing wadded up paper. The poor girl, I assume the manager, could barely keep them on their task. The young people today have very little manners. Our society is going down hill fast. This place is just another example.
I got the spicy fish sandwich and it was horrible!! The fish was hard like it was several hours old. An equal amount of jalapenos as there was fish. Was the worst experience I've ever had at Arby's. The outcome was after 2 bites I threw it away!! Waste of money.
During our visit, the wait time was short. The food was delicious and served hot. It's possible that the experience may vary depending on the time of day and the staff working during that shift. Reserva una mesa ahora
I have always had a great experience at this restaurant and will continue to do so in the future. It is the only fast food place I enjoy eating at.
