Arby's - Reserva de mesa

This particular Arby's location is the worst I have ever experienced. The employees are lazy and very slow. I work across the street and have had terrible experiences here. The food is often served cold or wrong, and you can expect to wait over 20 minutes for a single order. I now drive across town to avoid this store, and I recommend that you do the same. 0 out of 10 rating.

I was ordering from the app and had a problem removing an item. I drove to the window where the young lady took my phone and made the correction. I placed the order then drove to a parking spot to wait the 5 minute prep time. In about two minutes she was at the car window with the order. This was about 4 p.m. July 22nd, 2023. She should be commended. We will be back!

The service provided by Ken was exceptional as he took our order with cheerful professionalism and paid attention to every detail. The hot, fresh fish sandwiches were delicious!
