Fresco At The Gardens

Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the stunning view from our table right by the windows. However, we soon noticed a vent blowing cold air onto us throughout our meal, adding to the already chilly atmosphere in the restaurant. Despite this, the food was exceptional and presented beautifully. Our server was friendly and efficient, although the noise level increased around 2pm when chairs were being dragged across the floor as other tables were still in use. We were a bit perplexed by the restaurant's policy of allowing 2pm reservations, only to be informed that we needed to come in earlier as the cooks left by that time. I absolutely adore Fresco at the Gardens! The food and service are fantastic, and the staff is very attentive to my (sometimes picky) family. I particularly enjoy strolling through the beautiful grounds, and my six-year-old loves feeding the fish in the koi pond. It truly is a magical location. The desserts are divine, and the fish tacos, breakfast, burgers, salads - everything is delicious. The surroundings are simply unbeatable.

MY SISTER AND I HAD A WONDERFUL LUNCH AT FRESCO! THE FOOD WAS GOOD, THE GARDENS SPARKLED AS USUAL EVEN WITH THE CLOUDY AND RAINY DAY! WE WERE PROBABLY THE LAST TO BE SEATED AND WE FELT LIKE WE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND KINDNESS WE WOULD HAVE EXPECTED FROM OUR SERVER AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF. WE WLL RETURN, HOW CAN WE NOT WITH THE GARDENS BEING SO BEAUTIFUL, AND HOPEFULLY OUR SERVICE WILL SPARKLE TOO!

The wonderful view of the Japanese Gardens was only eclipsed by the fabulous food. Three of us had the veggie frittata. Our entire party was pleased with the taste, presentation and temperature of the foods. The beverages were appreciated, too. One member of our group didn’t see hot chocolate on the menu, but when he asked for it, they supplied a large, luscious looking version. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times before and always enjoyed the good service, delicious food, and pleasant atmosphere. However, this past Sunday, the service was the worst I have ever experienced at any restaurant. It seemed like the server must have been a pilot.

The food was very good. The only perplexing thing was one would expect that if a restaurant opened for breakfast at 8am, you wouldn't need to wait for a cup of coffee (with a 8:15 reservation) because it was still brewing.

The menu is fairly brief and I would’ve liked to see more vegetarian options. Prices are on the higher side. But the building itself is beautiful and setting overlooking the gardens is so nice.
