Arby's in Chatham YOU PEOPLE ARE ON NOTICE, GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER It has been 14 months since my last trip to Arby's in Chatham and unfortunately, NOTHING has changed. The food and customer service quality is STILL INCONSISTENT. So they once again have an INCOMPETENT MANAGER running this location. On the RARE OCCASION that they do have a competent manager running the store the food and customer service quality is EXCELLENT and it is worth making the trip to Arby's. Otherwise, like TONIGHT it is a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. There was MULTIPLE TOMATO STEMS in both of my GREEK GYROS so the lame a teenager who sliced the tomatoes up was TOO LAZY to remove them. So i went to this establishment on a sunday, I wait to get through the drive through behind 20 cars, like who goes to arby’s am i right? so i wait and place my order, just for them to get it wrong, i go back and wait another 15 mins to tell them they did it wrong, and they refused to fix it, like WHAT, so i sit there in protest and they force me off, no customer service, and they pronounced my name wrong when i filmed them on face book live, never coming again Parking: absolute trash

The food is great and fresh. The customer service is also great if they mess up they make it right. The inside is great. The whole ambiance of this place is amazing. I highly recommend because the new managers are great! None of these other reviews are recent. I highly recommend that you go get some amazing fresh food!

The customer server is terrible. They pretty much just throw your food in the bag. The fries will be all over in the bag. I have worked here before and that's how it was when I was there. It has not gotten any better. They either need different staff or better training. Reserva una mesa ahora

Staff is excellent, friendly. Food is always hot and accurate!! I have eaten here multiple times with no problems!!
