We saw several tv ads picturing the mouth watering special prime rib sandwich but what we got was a smashed bread, dry meat , flavorless sandwich that looked like it had been sat on. What a shame!! Felt like we had been ripped off!

We came into Ontario Airport and stayed at a nearby hotel in Chino Hills, and luckily the Arby's nearby was still open because the hotel didn't have a restaurant. The service was fast, and the food was good.

Went thru drive thru only given two options for sauces. my co-worker came back with a 3rd option, I asked for any other sauces, guy at the wonder said no, kectup or special sauce only. Liar

we ordered a meal including a kids meal, when we got home, we found the kids meal had a slice of cheese on it that must have been sitting out all day, gross, it was dried and hard yellow
