Arby's - Reserva de mesa

Arbys is ok if you need something on a jiffy but I will say that I have had some weird things happen with their food. I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese well the cheese was literally plastic. I went to reheat it at home and the cheesewouldn't cook it turned to a plastic consistency. The staff is usually friendly and the inside is pretty clean.

Long wait in the drive thru, I get it, everyone's short handed. The fried items, fries, jalapeno poppers, and chicken tenders were all overdone, even burned. One tender was inedible. The ribs sandwich was good, but looked nothing like the one advertised.Also didn't get the sauces that we're asked for. Overall, a bad experience

Drive through service is amazing when Alayla and a few other employees are there and Ms. Pat at the front counter has amazing customer service as well.
