Arby's - Reserva de mesa

I rarely go out the way to complain on reviews, but this place certainly justifies to do so. The customer service wasn't the cashiers fault because he was only doing what the manager instructed them to do. I went in to order and decided to get their special 2 for $7 or 2 for $7.50. I can't remember the cost. The sandwich is called the Americana. Never had that before, but after I heard what comes on them, I asked not to have some sort of sauce (maybe burger??? sauce) the name is not important. I did not want that sauce, and I did not want the lettuce. The cashier told me they were only allowed to remove 1 thing off the sandwich per their manager. I asked him to repeat it. The crinkle fries were not fresh. When I politely asked for fresh fries, the cashier rolled her eyes and made a rude gesture. I left the restaurant without my fries and will not be returning.

The food was tasty, but it was quite pricey. They did not give me any complimentary items, and they also missed part of my order. Additionally, some parts of my order were incorrect.

Can never stay open cause lack of workers. Closes at 11-12 most night. Pretty alright fast food but some mysterious creatures working the back some times... Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant's website hours are not accurate. They close for 4 hours each night/morning.
